New locomotive: Renfe Serie 301

The Renfe class 301 is a diesel locomotive series built between 1960 and 1963 by MTM, Pegaso and Macosa companies. It had 119 kW of power, and was able to run at a top speed of 48 Km/h, reduced to 20 Km/h when maniobrando.

This class was known with the nickname of «Pegasines» (little pegasos) because having a Pegaso engine. They were also nicknamed «Mé-Mé». They were originally numbered as class 10100, and there were built a total of 46 units.

This locomotive has been coded as a low power and low speed locomotive, available since 1960. A length of 4 has been used, so that two of this locomotives would fit in half of a tile (standard length should be 8).
